General Terms & Refund Policy

1. Vertical Program Specialization

Fortune Future Globe (FFG) operates as a dedicated Regional Cooperator for language centers and recruitment hubs. Unlike general agencies, we provide Single-Destination Vertical Solutions. Once a student enrolls for a specific country (e.g., Singapore, Japan, or a European nation), our backend processing is exclusively committed to securing a Diploma and Internship within that jurisdiction.

2. Capability-Based Exit Streams (Single Country)

While the destination country remains fixed as per the enrollment, the specific Educational Institution and Internship Placement are determined by the student’s performance during their training phase.

• Proficiency-Led Allocation: Students are assigned to specific diploma tracks or corporate internship roles based on their language proficiency (e.g., JLPT levels for Japan), academic background, and interview results.

• Optimized Placement: We ensure that every student is placed in a program that matches their real-time skill level, maximizing the success rate of both the visa application and the subsequent employment/internship.

3. White Label Backend Integration

We provide a "Processing-as-a-Service" model for our White Label partners:

• Synchronized Application: While the student studies at your center, FFG concurrently manages the specific country’s Diploma enrollment and Internship vetting.

• Fixed Destination Commitment: We respect the student's initial choice. Our expertise lies in navigating the specific regulatory and institutional requirements of the chosen country to ensure a successful exit.

4. Refund & Service Fulfillment Policy

• Service Commitment: FFG’s service is considered active once the processing for the chosen country begins.

• Placement Tiers: Because students are funneled into different exits based on ability, a change in the specific school or internship host within the same country does not constitute a failure of service or grounds for a refund.

• Refund Finality: Once the Letter of Acceptance (LOA) or Eligibility Certificate (COE) is secured for the chosen country, the service is deemed fully delivered.
