They do not include academic degrees, formal qualifications, official certifications, exam guarantees, immigration advice, or employment outcomes.

Study Abroad Information & Consulting Services (No-Fee)
We provide study abroad–related information and consulting support at no cost to clients.
We do not charge fees, and we do not collect, process, or handle payments related to school applications, tuition, or enrollment.
Any payments associated with educational institutions are made directly by the client to the institution, using official payment channels designated by the institution.
As no payments are made to us for these services, refunds are not applicable.
Partner-Delivered English Programs (IGCSE & Dual-Track)
Certain English language programs, including IGCSE English courses and Dual-Track English programs, are delivered by independent third-party partner institutions.
We act solely as an information and coordination contact and do not serve as the payment recipient or payment intermediary for these programs.
All payments are made directly to the respective partner, and all refund, cancellation, and rescheduling policies are governed exclusively by the partner’s terms.
Clients will be informed of the applicable partner policies prior to enrollment.
We do not issue refunds or make determinations regarding partner-delivered services.
European Tutor 1-on-1 Online English Lessons
Our one-on-one online English tutoring services are delivered through scheduled live video sessions and are arranged only after direct communication with our team.
Clients are required to contact us via email to:

receive a payment link,

confirm lesson availability, and
-
schedule tutoring sessions.
Payment is made only after lesson details have been confirmed via email.
Payments are arranged after email confirmation, and payment links are provided manually.
Access to tutoring sessions is provided after payment confirmation.
Due to the individualized and time-based nature of one-on-one tutoring, payments are generally non-refundable once a lesson has been scheduled, unless otherwise required by applicable law or explicitly agreed in writing.
Requests for cancellation or rescheduling must be submitted via email in accordance with the scheduling terms communicated at the time of booking.
Sessions missed without proper notice may be considered delivered.
